Informasi Visa Filipina

Mulai 1 Agustus 2013, pemerintah Philippines mengijinkan wisatawan asing dari 151 negara di seluruh dunia, termasuk negara anggota ASEAN untuk berkunjung dalam waktu maksimal 30 hari tanpa visa.

Selain itu, Philippines juga melayani Visa Upon Arrival (VUA) untuk wisatawan yang bisa diajukan di Kantor Pusat Biro Imigrasi Philippines. VUA berlaku untuk perjalanan bisnis, dinas pemerintahan, seminar/kompetisi internasional dan beberapa alasan kunjungan singkat lainnya.

VUA berlaku 30-59 hari sesuai tujuan kunjungan.

Berikut syarat mengajukan Visa on Arrival:

Dapat menunjukkan paspor yang masih berlaku sekurang-kurangnya 6 bulan.
Dapat menunjukkan tiket kepulangan ke negara asal.
Surat dinas jika tujuan kunjungan adalah perjalanan dinas.

Biaya pengajuan VUA: mulai dari USD 25 (sesuai tujuan kunjungan).

As of August 2013, the nationalities of 151 countries are allowed to enter Philippines without visa and can stay up to 30 days.

However, some nationalities need Visa Upon Arrival (VUA) to enter Philippines. VUA can be filed by foreigners at the Philippines Bureau of Immigration Head Office. VUA is valid for business travel, international seminars, transit to go to another country, tourism and some other reasons for a short visit.

VUA is valid for 30-59 days.
Here are the requirements for filing VUA:

Passport with at least 6 months periode of validity.
Return ticket to home country
VUA: starts from USD 25.

Informasi Visa Singapore

Mayoritas kewarganegaraan dapat memasuki wilayah Singapore tanpa visa, termasuk Indonesia. Namun, terdapat lebih dari 30 negara yang diharuskan mengajukan permohonan visa terlebih dahulu sebelum datang ke Singapore.

Periode masa tinggal di Singapore bagi visa turis/kunjungan rata-rata adalah 14-30 hari, tergantung dari negara penerbit paspor:

Indonesia: 30 hari, masa berlaku paspor min. 6 bulan
Negara Uni Eropa/Amerika Serikat: 90 hari

Pengunjung diperbolehkan untuk memperpanjang masa tinggal dengan cara mengajukan permohonan di Immigration & Checkpoints Authority sebelum masa berlaku visa habis.

Foreigners with or without a visa in Singapore are permitted to stay around maximum 14 to 30 days, depending on their national identity/passport:

Indonesia: 30 days
European Union/USA: 90 days

Foreigners who would like to extend their stay in Singapore are required to apply for extension at the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority prior to visa expiration.

Procedure 

(a) For Application in Singapore 

Submit your visa application online via Submission of Application for Visa Electronically (SAVE) through a local contact with a SingPass account or a strategic partner in Singapore.

(b) For Application at our Overseas Mission

Submit your visa application at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission or through the authorized visa agents of the Overseas Missions. The full list of Overseas Missions can be found here. Please visit the respective Mission's website for the visa application procedure.

Documents Required

(a) For Business Visit (attending business negotiation/discussion) 

1) Completed Form 14A (original) . 
2) One recent passport-sized colour photograph (to be pasted on the top right-hand corner of (Form 14A) which meets the following requirements:  

                    *   Image must be taken within the last 3 months .

                    *   Photograph should be in colour, must be taken against a white   
                        background with a matt or semi-matt finish .

                    *   Image must show the full face and without headgear (headgear worn in  
                        accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide 
                        the facial features) .

3) Photocopy of the applicant's passport biodata page. Please ensure that the passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry .
4) Completed Form V39A (Letter of Introduction for Visa Application)¹ .
5) Computer printout of the Singapore registered business entity’s detailed business profile (showing the names of all the directors / shareholders) from the Instant Information Service, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and printed within the last 3 months .

¹ Letter of Introduction (LOI) may be issued by a local contact in Singapore. For visa applicants attending business negotiation / discussion in Singapore, the local contact must be a Singapore registered business entity . The person acting on behalf of the business entity must be a Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident who is at least 21 years old . If you are not able to furnish a LOI from a local contact, you may approach your Embassy to issue a LOI to support your visa application. 

(b) For Social Visit (visiting families, friends, relatives and for tourism)

1) Completed Form 14A (original) .

Informasi Visa Vietnam

Semua negara di Asia Tenggara termasuk Indonesia tidak memerlukan visa untuk menuju Vietnam. Kunjungan bebas visa ini maksimal 30 hari.

Negara lain di luar Asia Tenggara seperti Korea Selatan, Jepang, Norwegia, Denmark, Swedia, Finlandia dan Rusia tidak memerlukan visa ke Vietnam. Kunjungan bebas visa ini maksimal 15 hari.

Maximum for 30 days, citizens of all countries in Southeast Asia (including Indonesia) do not require a visa to Vietnam.

Who needs Vietnam Visa?

Vietnam Visa is a certificate which is issued by Vietnam government. It allow you enter or exit Vietnam within the time you register with the Vietnam Immigration department. Any immigrant to Vietnam without Visa is illegal. Visa is usually stamped on your passports.
As normal, any foreigners want to come to Vietnam they have to get Vietnam Visa.

But there are some exceptions:

Only citizens of certain countries can visit Vietnam without an entry visa. They include:
Most citizens of ASEAN member-countries: Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Lao citizens do not need a Vietnam visa if they are visiting the country within 30 days; passport holders from the Philippines do not need a visa for 21 days; Brunei passport holders are not required to get a visa to Vietnam for 15 days. They could apply for popular passport type with return tickets. Citizens of Myanmar, and Timor-Leste are all required Visa Vietnam.

Passport holders from Korea, Japan, Russia and the Scandinavian nations (Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland) do not need a visa to Vietnam if they intend to stay in the country within 15 days. They could also apply for popular passport type with return tickets.

All other citizens are required to get a Vietnam entry visa (issued prior to departure by local consulates or embassies) or a pre-approved letter for picking up an entry visa (issued on arrival at Vietnam's International Airports) at the airport. Both are supplied before arrival in the country.

Other Exceptions: 

No visa required for travel in Vietnam for less than 90 days or several visits within 6 months - Citizens of France holding valid diplomatic or official passports. 

No Vietnam visa required for travel within 60 days - Citizens of Chile holding valid diplomatic or official passports. 

No  visa vietnam required for 60 days/time with  APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) Holders from Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) member economies Foreigners and Vietnamese nationals bearing foreign passports who enter Vietnam through an international border gate to travel to Phu Quoc Island and stay there for less than 15 days will also be exempted from Vietnam visa application. Passports must be valid for at least 45 days. After arriving on Phu Quoc Island, the Vietnamese immigration department will be responsible for issuing visas on the spot if visitors want to travel other localities or stay in the island for more than 15 days.

No visa required for Vietnamese overseas for less than 90 days staying if they are holding Vietnam visa exemption certificate.
