KuDeTa Bangkok
Luxury Restaurants, Cocktail Bar And Nightclub In BangkokKuDeTa (or Ku De Ta) was one of the most high profile openings Bangkok has seen in years, creating a buzz right across the city. This lifestyle and entertainment brand is rightfully world-famous for their elegant restaurants, bars and nightclubs spread across the hot spots of Asia, and Ku De Ta Bangkok is the newest addition to the collection.
Located on the 39th and 40th floors of the mammoth Sathorn Square Building the views are suitably impressive, with an uninterrupted cityscape from the nightclub section and views to the Chao Phraya River and beyond from your dinner table. Comprising two restaurants, a central cocktail bar and glamourous nightclub, KuDeTa can be loosely labelled as a lifestyle destination. The grand idea is to wrap up a night out all within one sophisticated space, hopping from restaurant to bar to club.
To enter Ku De Ta Bangkok there is no disguising the fact that you are walking through an office tower, but everything is done to provide guests with a level of comfort and sophistication fitting of the Ku De Ta brand. For example, each group of guests is given a private elevator up to the top floors, and when you arrive you have a personal escort to your desired establishment. In fact, the service throughout the whole complex is truly excellent. Life looks better from a high vantage point, and there’s no where cooler to look out from than Ku De Ta Bangkok, whether it is over dinner, a few of the finest cocktails the city has to offer, or from their pumping nightclub.
Ku De Ta Club Lounge Bangkok
Glamourous Nightclub In BangkokKu De Ta Bangkok Club Lounge is a sophisticated nightclub and lounge where the glamourous come to play. You should dress to impress here, whether you intend to shake it on the dance floor or chill in some of the central booths with a few friends and a top-shelf bottle. If it all gets too much, take a breather on the open air terrace with views of central Bangkok.
Located in the Sathorn Square Building, Ku De Ta Club Lounge is easy to find, just a few steps from Chong Nonsi BTS Station on the Silom Line.
Like everything else associated with the Ku De Ta Bangkok brand, the entrance is seriously impressive. A candle lit corridor leads through heavy drapes with a multi-tiered dance podium greeting guests. Professional dancers are twisting and twirling and makes everyone stop and stare. The layout is a mix of a lounge and a club, with contained seating areas for large groups, standing tables, and a large dance floor surrounding the DJ booth.
The lighting and sound system is awesome at Ku De Ta although the music changes radically depending on the night. Wednesdays is ladies night with pop classics, Thursdays is house night for some more intense beats and weekends spans the genres, typically playing party pop and R’n’B to get the crowd dancing. Ku De Ta Bangkok does probably the best ladies night in the whole city. Free sparkling wine all night for ladies and free entry! Last time we visited they were giving away a Gucci clutch bag to one lucky lady.

Restaurant at Ku De Ta
Signature is the flagship restaurant at Kudeta Bangkok. Labelled as ‘Japanese-influenced modern cuisine’ this is a fine-dining experience to impress the most particular of connoisseurs. The menu is split into cold, tempura and hot, served in a Japanese style and intended to be shared. Portions are small but exquisite in preparation and plating. The menu here is heavy on ocean delicacies and we loved the oyster trio (400 baht), fine de Claire oysters served shucked and ready to devour, with three toppings of sweet, sour and a little Thai-inspired spice. The cut of hon maguro tataki – blue fin tuna with shallots, seaweed and a Tosazu vinegar reduction – is a real treat (600 baht). The fish is cut extra fatty and is fresher than anywhere else in Bangkok, judging from the texture and unmistakeable ‘meaty’ taste. Fish is imported three times a week at Ku De Ta and then held in a special -80 degrees freezer (the only one in Southeast Asia) so the flavour and freshness is sublime. It’s not all about sashimi though, with an excellent range of tempura that is served light and almost without oil, allowing the flavours within to linger on the palate. The limited meat selection confirms that quality is more important than quantity, proven by the 3,000 baht Wagyu Hibatchi A5 grade from Ohmi Prefecture (denoting marbling and size). It is cut quite thin and served with a little bit of ceremony, with three kinds of salt and assorted sauces. This meat is unbelievable in terms of taste and tenderness, turning to butter in your mouth.
Desserts are also a big deal here. Go for the Thai S’Mores (360 baht), carrying the taste of classic Thai milk tea ice cream, with praline and marshmallow for a gooey, rich and satisfying end to your meal. The wine list is disconcertingly long with all regions well represented, but thankfully the restaurant manager is never far away to help you out and the house wine is both outstanding and excellent value.
The floor-to-ceiling windows looking out from the 39th floor of Sathorn Square Building are designed to make a statement and with impeccable service and a stylish layout Signature Restaurant at KuDeTa Bangkok is the perfect example of urban sophistication.

Izakaya at Ku De Ta
Ku De Ta has brought its brand of sophisticated luxury to Bangkok with a giant space dedicated to dining, drinking and dancing - 40 floors above the city. With two restaurants, an elegant cocktail bar and pumping dance club, rustic dining spot Izakaya is not the first establishment to be mentioned by most people; but actually this lively, casual restaurant is quietly becoming a destination in its own right thanks to some truly excellent dishes at surprisingly good value. To reach Izakaya, you need to take the private elevator in the Sathorn Square Building. It is very easy to find, touching distance from the BTS Station at Chong Nonsi and on a corner location in the business district of Silom.
With a row of comfy booths lined up against the floor-to-ceiling windows, Izakaya is made for dining with a big bunch of friends stocking up on sushi rolls before hitting the club or slurping down a big bowl of ramen when you’re all danced out. There is a row of high chairs running the length of the kitchen like in most sushi restaurants and some smaller dining tables for couples. Anywhere you sit, the bright lights of Bangkok shine on far below you to add a touch of urban elegance to your meal.
Izakaya is, as the name suggests, a more casual dining experience than Signature (the other restaurant in Ku De Ta Bangkok), but still uses the same premium quality ingredients and skilled chefs. The ribu buta (pork spare ribs) are extraordinary: slow braised for 12 hours, the meat is ready to drop from the bone, and for only 200 baht for five, they are amazingly good value too. The range of sushi rolls make a nice accompaniment but you can’t leave without trying their signature ramen (350 baht), cooked with a mix of miso or soy and pork bone stew, you can really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients, and the chunks of pork they use ensure you will be left feeling happy and contented, smiling like a little fat Buddha statue. Be sure to save room for dessert too because the Thai S’mores – a gooey and rich combination of praline and marshmallow – are the best in Bangkok.

Ku Bar
Quite simply, the drinks here are amazing. Cocktails in Bangkok have for too long been sickly sweet things with sprig of mint added as an afterthought. I am being critical, of course, but once you have tried the cocktails at Ku De Ta you will too. The menu has been devised by the Nordic Bar Syndicate and the attention to detail here is wonderful for true purveyors of excellence.
Berries are being juiced, egg whites frothed, and martinis shaken down the length of the marble bar. Our favourites include Osaka Noodle Market (360 baht), a gin-based drink with refreshing cucumber and ginger muddled with frapped ice. The way it evokes the tastes of Japan has to be experienced to be believed. Other drinks to look out for are the Kiku Vespar (340 baht), a sake martini with a mild kick and plenty of yuzu orange highlights, and Ku De Ta’s own take on the Ramos Fizz called Hurricane Lychee (360 baht), mixing the sweet fruit with egg whites, cream and gin.
Levels Club & Lounge Bangkok
Levels Club & Lounge is a venue with three distinct party zones housed in one connected space, and offers a great alternative to the already rocking nightlife scene on Sukhumvit Soi 11. Combining elements of a terraced bar, classy lounge, and a box-like clubbing room that has one of the best sound-systems in the city, Levels covers a lot of musical ground and tries to provide a little something for everyone. Occasionally they charge an entry fee for special events or on nights with international DJs, but it’s usually free entry.Located on the sixth floor of the Aloft Hotel building, the elevator to Levels Club opens up directly into the outdoor bar area looking out across an open cityscape. The light scheme of sparsely-used neon yellows and pinks creates a sophisticated mood that compliments the lounge house music perfectly. There are plenty of standing tables in front of the bar, and a row of seats up against a glass-fronted balcony. The oversized cushions make this area a great place to sit back with a cocktail at the start of the night, or if you need a place to chill out for a while.
Inside Levels Club, there are two distinct dance areas: The first room is high-ceilinged and opulent, catering to commercial anthems, party pop and vocal hip-hop. The circular bar in the centre of the room glows purple but everyone’s attention is drawn to a huge chandelier designed in graceful lines like a stream of falling rain. Dancers and live MCs rock the crowd in between DJ sets.
There are booths lining the walls in the lounge for those who want to claim a space for the night, buy a top-shelf bottle and party with their group (this typically Thai style of partying, while still popular, is not so common in Levels). The set-up here is a bit more international than at other venues throughout Bangkok. They have shunned central seating areas or an emphasis on buying a group bottle. Instead, they have provided plenty of space for dancing and floating around, similar to the way clubs in Europe operate. This policy has obviously found favour with visitors to Bangkok as the clientele is happy mix of Thais and foreigners. The downside to this is, the bar can often get busy and getting a drink can become chore.
The second room in Levels Bangkok is accessed through a tunnel-like walkway. It is darker, with fewer furnishings, although there is still seating around the periphery and a few standing tables scattered around to rest drinks on. It’s all about the music in here. DJs pump out bass-heavy EDM music to an enthusiastic crowd who appreciate big room dance tunes. The atmosphere is further enhanced by a laser show swirling around through the darkness and few people stay sitting for long. Levels also books international DJs to play special events. DJs to play at Levels include Dutch artist Laidback Luke, EDM DJ Jay Hardway and American house music pioneer Todd Terry.
If you intend on partying in the week in Bangkok, Levels offers some fantastic deals. The offer on Wednesday is a free bottle of Smirnoff for groups of five or more, Thursdays are ladies night (three free drinks coupons for all ladies arriving before midnight) and on Friday nights they tend to have events which rotate around themes like Burlesque and Playboy Mansion – anything that has a unique style and can incorporate beautiful women in skimpy costumes. Although there is no dress code, most revelers seem to make an effort and the bar and lounge areas are teeming with folks who come to see and be seen.
Levels Club Bangkok has successfully combined the laidback sophistication of an open air cocktail bar, the glitter of a lounge club, and the raucousness of a dance club. It has taken the best of what Soi 11 already had and packaged them together with a rooftop view, stylish décor and a killer sound system.

Route 66 Nightclub in Bangkok
Route 66 Nightclub on Royal City Avenue (RCA) has achieved legendary status in Bangkok for its wild parties and it seems everyone in the city has passed through their doors at one time or another. Open seven nights a week from 20:00 to 02:00, this massive club tries to cater for all musical tastes. Entry is free for Thai citizens and 300 baht for foreigners, but this can be redeemed for drinks once inside. From Sunday to Thursday there are two rooms for guests to choose from. On the right hand side is the HipHop Zone, playing the best of hip hop, dance pop and R’n’B, while on the left hand side a roster of accomplished bands take to the stage to play a range of Western and Thai hits – everything from 70s American soul music, to the latest Thai chart hit. On Friday and Saturday, Route 66 Nightclub opens additional rooms which play pumping house, trance and electronic music, and a room for Thai pop. Drinks prices are reasonable, with beers and spirits starting from 160 baht.
Route 66 in Bangkok is especially popular with university students and the young and beautiful of the city – people dress up and make an effort here. Most of the crowd are Thai but foreigners are a common sight; however, this style of clubbing is definitely ‘Thai’, meaning the standard procedure is to arrive with a few friends, buy a top shelf bottle, choose the most visible table and sit, perch or stand for the night. If you are looking to make friends, offer a drink to neighbouring tables and conversation will surely flow. If you don’t buy a group bottle then expect to be herded into a corner with little room to dance. The lack of a dance floor is something that often bemuses tourists, but most of the clubs on RCA have a similar layout.
Because this club is so famous, you can turn up on any night of the week and have a decent party, but we prefer Wednesday and Thursdays as it gets enough people to create an atmosphere without having to endure someone’s elbow in your ribs. On Saturday nights there is sometimes little space to breathe, and if you can find a table after 22:00 you should buy a lottery ticket.
Route 66 in Bangkok is the club that started the nightlife scene on RCA and has been has been a rite of passage for teenagers and university students from across the city for almost 20 years. Thanks to repeated facelifts, it’s still one of the best Bangkok clubs for socialising and seeing how the youth of Bangkok like to party.

Demo Nightclub in Bangkok
With bare brick walls covered in graffiti, exposed piping and metal shutters instead of doors, you could be forgiven for thinking Demo is an abandoned warehouse, but it is actually one of the coolest and most fashionable nightclubs in Bangkok. Demo is very popular with a young and wealthy set of Bangkokians who pull up out front in their Audi’s and Benz’ and then go crazy, partying harder than at most other clubs in the city. There are two rooms: the neon-orange bar area close to the entrance plays hip hop and is a nice place to warm up, while the main room is the domain of cutting-edge house and electro. There is also a large outdoor area which is a popular place to hang out and chat to fellow party people without the need to shout.Demo is actually one of two clubs connected together, and guests are free to move between the two to check out the different vibes. Funky Villa next door attracts a more mainstream crowd and has a more eclectic music policy; live acts play up-tempo party tunes for everyone to sing along with (if you can speak Thai), and DJs are encouraged to play a range of chart and R&B tunes. Demo is darker, more demure and rocks out to more base heavy beats. Expect to hear house and tech-house music with elements of more niche electronic genres like dubstep and hardbeat.
There is no cover charge at Demo but drinks are on the pricey side of the scale: the impressive cocktail menu has options starting from 250 baht, beers start from 220 baht and a top-shelf bottle costs around 2000 baht. If you don’t finish your bottle on the night, you can return it to the bar for safekeeping and they will issue you with a ticket to redeem within one month. Your bottle is also marked and signed so no one will be drinking from your stash. Or if you prefer you can take it with you.
Demo is located on Thong Lor Soi 10, close to the vibrant nightlife scene that seems to grow by the week. It is set back from the road, behind Club Muse. Look for the sign for Funky Villa that faces the road. Demo is housed in the same building. The nearest BTS station is Thong Lor, but you will need a taxi or motorbike from the station, or a 20 minute walk. Make sure you bring I.D because the security staff will ask you, even if you look like Mick Jagger.

Grease Nightclub
Comprising four unique floors, Grease Nightclub in Bangkok is an all inclusive venue that offers something for everyone – from hardcore clubbers to rooftop stargazers. Specifically the club has a restaurant, dance venue, live music bar and a tree-lined rooftop lounge. Grease Nightclub is located on Sukhumvit Soi 49, in the Piman 49 Complex (a high end collection of shops and restaurants) opposite Samitivej Hospital. The nearest BTS station is Thong Lor but a taxi or motorbike is needed from there.Comprising four unique floors, Grease Nightclub in Bangkok is an all inclusive venue that offers something for everyone – from hardcore clubbers to rooftop stargazers. The nearest BTS station is Thong Lor but a taxi or motorbike is needed from there.
The ‘shophouse’ dimensions of Grease Nightclub might sound strange, but the space has been used perfectly, with each floor delivering a totally different experience. On the ground floor is the restaurant, irreverently called Any Winehouse, serving an informal menu of Mediterranean and Thai fusion cuisine. Up one level is LSD, the main nightclub in Grease – with a low ceiling and swathes of neon it is one of the most spectacular dance floors in Bangkok, playing an eclectic range of dance music, but usually veering towards drum’n’bass and dupstep. The New York loft style live music venue Case 49 is on the third floor and on the rooftop you will find EYWA, an open air shisha bar with a ‘shoes off’ policy, beanbags and hanging basket chairs.
Dinner at Grease Nightclub
The selection of wines and cocktails at Grease is outstanding and there’s no better way to try them than over dinner. The restaurant at Grease serves an excellent and competitively priced menu of European favourites delivered with signature Thai twists. Start off with some appetisers such as the homemade potato chips fried with onion and chilli, thick cut pieces of tuna tartar mixed with mango and lemongrass, and a rocket salad with sliced parmesan and tomato... and enjoy over a glass of something boozy.Cocktails start from 260 baht for classics like the excellent long island ice tea (guaranteed party starter!) and mojito. There is also a Grease Nightclub signature range costing 340 baht. It contains a tequila based concoction Kiss from Rose, with sweet lemon and rose flavours that are perfectly balanced with the liquor. The wine menu is perhaps even more impressive with French, Italian and American labels very much in the ascendancy. This is without doubt the finest wine menu for any club in Bangkok. For a main, choose salmon steak with wasabi white wine (490 baht), beef tenderloin (690 baht), pan seared snowfish with lemon and caper sauce (590 baht) or seafood pasta (320 baht). The spaghetti tom yum is delightful with three massive, tender tiger prawns and dry roasted chilli peppers (295 baht). There is also a bar snacks menu of chicken wings and calamari for around 200 baht each.
Party at Grease Nightclub
To start the night or if you are just in the mood to chill, we recommend heading up to the top floor, for a shoes off rooftop experience on the fake grass. EYWA shisha bar is the perfect place to stretch out on beanbags, sink a few drinks and enjoy the illusion of a night breeze created by cleverly hidden ceiling fans. Move down one floor to Case 49, where you can enjoy live music from up and coming bands or a DJ set of downtempo tunes. The walls have been turned into an art gallery, with an ever changing selection of Thai contemporary art displayed on the whitewashed walls. When you feel ready to really let loose, head down to the futuristic dance area of Grease Nightclub Bangkok. Covered in dazzling neon and so far ahead of its time, the dance floor of LSD resembles the electric neon womb of a robot baby. The low ceilings, mirrors and kick ass stereo create an intense mood that might be too much for some but allows party people to really lose it on the dance floor.Grease Nightclub

Insanity Nightclub Bangkok
Insanity Nightclub Bangkok is an international class clubbing venue that rocks to bass-heavy big room EDM, bass-heavy house, open format and hip hop seven nights a week. This is one of the largest clubs in the city, housed in a single hangar-like room filled with impressive lasers and lighting system, along with seductive podium dancers and a central stage for those who want to let loose on the dance floor. This big room clubbing experience is unlike anything else in Sukhumvit, and there are sure to be EDM and House party anthems to enjoy, with a bonus of having regular appearances from international DJs & local super star artists – you can expect that at least once a week there are big name Dj/Producers/artists from around the globe playing EDM, House, Hip Hop and top DJs, MCs and artists from that are locally known.Entry is 300 baht with one free-drink ticket, although you can combine these to make a bottle of liquor if you are a part of a larger group; just ask at reception. There is also the option of eating at V8 Diner in front of the club which then allows free entry through a side door which connects the two.
It's fair to say this is the true late night party spot in Bangkok as Insanity Nightclub is often the last place to close in Sukhumvit so the atmosphere builds throughout the night, making it a beacon for all of Bangkok's party set from 23:00 onwards (although get there earlier to grab the best standing tables). Renowned as a place to meet friendly local ladies, Insanity has done well to really elevate this clubbing experience while retaining the varied crowd of foreigners and Thais.
Located on Sukhumvit Soi 12, Insanity is just a few steps from Asok BTS exit 3 and also walkable from Nana BTS Station. The fact that this club is half way between Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza (two popular red-light areas) explains why the female clientele is a noticeable mix of those who come to work as well as play, and guys will get attention in here...unwanted or not. In fact, most of the guys heading to Insanity do so specifically because of the number of Thai girls who are dressed to kill and ready to party.
They have a mega sound system here and their roster of Thai and international DJs play from an elevated DJ station reminiscent of European clubs. On the far side of the club is a row of VIP Booths which allow you the perfect compromise of exclusive clubbing experience with a bird's eye view of the club, and direct access into the depths of the action - perfect for large groups with a mix of couples and singles. If you want to reserve these tables there are several packages available. Best bet is to book on their website.
Insanity is a wild party spot in Bangkok: the soundsystem is awesome, the drinks promotions are great value, especially the 50% off all bottles before 01:00, and it’s a place where boys can meet girls... and for that reason, it’s packed!
TIP: Other than free entry if you eat at V8 Diner, the club will pay for your taxi if you pay the entry fee.

Onyx Bangkok Nightclub
Onyx is the latest club to join the clubbing Mecca of RCA (Royal City Avenue) in Bangkok, with a focus on bass-heavy house and techno music. While most other clubs in the area close at 02:00, Onyx keeps the drinks flowing until around 03:00 so it is normally the last place to close. Entry fee is 300-500 baht with a free drink.Opening around 21:00 from Tuesday to Sunday, at first glance Onyx follows the style of the two established clubs next door – Slim & Flix and Route 66. But this new kid on the block eschews the standard hip-hop and party pop for a stronger music policy of dance music that swings between remixes of vocal hits and more intense house and techno tracks.
With a central dance floor, elevated main bar running along the far wall a second-floor viewing area and a smaller bar out towards the entrance, guests can have a lot of fun exploring this club. And if it all gets too much, the large terrace outside makes a great place to sit back and spark up a conversation.
The crowd here is typically Thai, young and here to dance. Pleasingly for foreign guests, there are more spaces for strolling around here than at other places in RCA so you can recreate the party experience back home, however, most people choose to party the Thai way at Onyx Bangkok which means ordering a top-shelf bottle and finding a standing table for the night. If you opt for a group bottle, inform them on the door so they will waive the 300 baht entry fee. A bottle of premium vodka starts from 1,700 baht without mixers. Shisha pipes can also be ordered with a range of flavours for 500 baht, although they limit your time to one hour.
Even though it is fairly derivative of neighbouring venues, Onyx Bangkok is a welcome addition to the RCA club strip because it attracts dance and techno music fans, while other places stick to more commercial music until the final two hours of the night.
A nice touch offered by all of the clubs on RCA is the stamp given to you when you enter that allows you to leave and reenter the club, so it’s possible to try as many different clubs as you wish and see for yourself which suits your style.

Glow Nightclub in Bangkok
Glow Nightclub in Bangkok is a party venue with a strictly underground dance music policy that is constantly rocking to bass-heavy beats. Anyone wanting the most cutting-edge house music in the city should seek out this dark, loud, diminutive club. Bangkok is rightly regarded as one of the world’s most vibrant party metropolises with world-class parties, clubs and events taking place on a nightly basis – but Glow offers something a little bit different: a place where your love of music is more important than the label on your back.Although you would struggle to find it in the daytime, tucked away on a side street off Sukhumvit Soi 23, Glow is easy to recognise at night thanks to the radiating neon-green light scheme that gives the club its name. Drive past Soi Cowboy (on your left), take the first right and then first left. Glow is ten metres down on your left hand side. Entry prices vary depending on the event and the DJ, but on weekends expect to pay up to 300baht with one free drink.
The box-like layout of the club might feel a little limited to some, but it has the positive effect of bringing everyone together on the dance floor from early on in the night. For those that want to chill out there is a row of cushioned seating running parallel to the bar, but don’t expect to be sitting for long when even the bar staff can’t stop themselves swaying to the beat. There’s also an upstairs area with more seating and a balcony for viewing the mass of bodies on the dance floor. The décor is dimly-lit with glowing neon greens and pinks, which adds a futuristic vibe that is enhanced by whirling disco lights.
The club events and DJs vary from week to week but there is a definite emphasis on the quality of the music and the musicianship of the DJs. The club features a lot of European artists playing anything from classic Detroit-style house to techno, and occasionally even drum’n’bass. This is not a place to come to show-off or be seen; this is a place to come with your dance shoes on and a smile on your face.
House-music lovers who grow tired of the somewhat predictable – but more accessable – music policy of clubs on Soi 11 or Thong Lor will rejoice in Glow’s music policy that doesn’t pander to what is popular in the charts because, in a city of endless parties, the underground house and trance scene is fairly underrepresented. Thankfully, we have Glow: a nightclub that is carrying the beacon for cutting-edge dance and electronic music in Bangkok.

DND Club (Do Not Disturb)
DND Club (Do Not Disturb) is one of the standout clubs among Thonglor’s ever-expanding nightlife scene, located on Ekkamai 7 behind the long-standing Nung Len club. The focus here is more on the bass-heavy dance and EDM tunes, although they do welcome they occasional live band too.Décor here is also enough to raise a few eyebrows; the whole club takes on a retro motel theme, with vintage TVs adorned to the wall, old suitcases stacked high around the edge, and shiny chrome tables (on wheels) for balancing your drinks. There’s also a barber shop-style smoking room – a bit of a gimmick that’s still quite cool at the same time.
Along with the nearby Demo, DND Club is one of the go-to places dance music fans wanting to party in Thonglor. Most nights it’s all about the local DJs who pump about anything EDM-related, which means house, techno, big-room and pop remixes. There’s no real dance floor, but the high tables here aren’t as tightly packed as other clubs, giving you ample room to throw some shapes and not hit the person standing next to you.
As with any Thai club, it’s the norm to order a bottle of whiskey or vodka, especially if you want to secure a table for the night. They also take reservations in advance.
At DND Club prices are slightly higher than elsewhere (around 2,000 - 3,000 baht), but you do get free-flow mixers until your bottle runs dry. DND also run promos for purchasing multiple bottles, which if you don’t finish you can always take home or leave it behind for next time.
The DND building also has a Japanese-themed rooftop bar called Kukuu, perfect for pre-drinks or some food before hitting the club downstairs. Entrance is normally free unless there is a special event planned, such as a guest band or DJ event.

Nunglen & Escobar together form one of the most popular local party spots in the lively Thonglor/Ekkamai neighbourhood. The bigger and more famous of these two interconnecting venues is Nung Len, one of the longest running clubs in Bangkok. The single floor space welcomes live bands to the stage seven nights a week and the whole place gets packed most nights (there’s pretty much no chance of getting a table after midnight on a Friday). Thankfully, the more westernised Escobar opposite can cater for much of the overspill; this smaller, brighter club normally has DJs playing hip hop, house and techno. Entrance is usually free for all.
Open: 18:00-02:00
Address: Ekkamai Road (corner of Soi 5 and Sukhumvit 63)
